Thank you for shopping with StockTheStay.co.uk. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Mainland United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales). We do not currently serve Northern Ireland or Highlands or islands.

2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Some larger items that come direct from manufactures may take a little longer however this will be explained on the product page.
Please note:

Orders placed after 2PM may be processed the next working day.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Options & Rates
Delivery Method
There is a flat fee of £5 per order.
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Yodel depending on your location and order size. Extremely large items or large orders may be delivered by pallet.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress.
5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

First, check your tracking link (if provided)

Then, check with neighbours or your local delivery office

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes), but we will always do our best to help resolve issues.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we can resend it (shipping charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

Provide your order number and any relevant details (including photos for damaged items)
We will work with the courier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Click & Collect / Local Pickup
Local pickup may be necessary depending on the items. Please contact us first.
