Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with StockTheStay.co.uk. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty).

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for a photo of the damage or issue to help us assess the problem.

You can choose to:

  • Receive a replacement (where stock allows)

  • Receive a full refund

  • Return the item at no cost to you (we’ll provide a pre-paid label)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Opened or used toiletries and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, snacks)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted one and place a new order.
