Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with StockTheStay.co.uk. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Conditions:

Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for a photo of the damage or issue to help us assess the problem.
You can choose to:

Receive a replacement (where stock allows)

Receive a full refund

Return the item at no cost to you (we’ll provide a pre-paid label)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

Opened or used toiletries and personal care items

Perishable goods (e.g. food, snacks)

Gift cards or digital downloads
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted one and place a new order.
